The end units each have a covered porch on the side, while the middle units have a private composite deck off the back.

The A and B units' kitchens are in line with the living area, while the C unit's kitchen is off to the side.

All units have the living area and master bedroom and bathroom on the main (only) floor. 

The A & C units have the 2nd bedroom and bath on the main floor.

The B units offer 300 more square feet. The additional floor with two rooms and a bath can be used in a variety of ways. Also there is a half bath downstairs.

All units offer a 1000 sq ft dry basement which can be used for storage or for adding any size living space.
